Our store has the ability to ship its products throughout Greece and shipments are made with courier companies.
- Our store cooperates and sends your orders with the following courier companies: ELTA COURIER and gives you the opportunity at the end of the order to state it in the field with the remarks and before sending it.
- In case you do not tell us any preference for the Courier that you wish your order to be sent to you, our store selects the Courier with which it will be sent to you.
SHIPPING AND COD COST COSTS WITHIN GREECE
ELTA COURIER
- For purchases from € 0.01 up to € 29.99 shipping costs +4.00 euros.
- For purchases from 30,00 € and above all shipping costs Free.
- Orders placed on weekdays from Monday to Friday until 13:30 are sent the same day.
DEBT SERVICES
- Cost for Changes / Returns: € 8.00
- Cost Departure: 8,00€
OBSERVATIONS
* It is possible to receive the shipment from the store Courier of your area, if you inform us about it in the comments of your order.
** In any case of delivery delay of your shipment, the Courier will contact you to make the necessary arrangements.
PROGRESS OF MY ORDER
You can at any time online track the progress of your order through the official page of the courier company with which your order was sent to you, indicating the shipment number that we sent you in the email as well as the mobile phone that you stated during your order.
* The OnLine progress of your order will be shown in the Courier system from the morning of the next day when it was completed.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- Large Urban Centers: (1-3) Business Days (depending on Courier's workload)
- Islands: (2-4) Business Days (depending on Courier's workload)
- Remote and Inaccessible Areas: (2-5) Working Days (depending on Courier's workload)
* The above delivery times exist from the moment your order is completed and packaged by our company and not from the date and time at which you placed your order.
** Due to weather conditions there may be delays in delivery to inaccessible (based on the list of inaccessible courier areas) areas of Greece.
CANCELLATION / DENIAL / INDIFFERENCE / RECEIPT
For the customers who for the following reasons return their orders that have been made in our online store, our company reserves the right in case of a future order not to send it by cash on delivery method. (A possible future order should must now be prepaid before shipping from our store).
- Indifference to Receipt
- Refusal to Receive
- Cancellation of an order that has items shipped by our company
SHIPMENTS TO CYPRUS
- Shipments to Cyprus are made with a single charge (€ 15.00)
- Cash on delivery to Cyprus does not have the possibility of cash on delivery
- Delivery Time is set at approximately 5 working days
HOUR COMMITMENT / SATURDAY DELIVERY
In case you wish to pick up on Saturday or to book the delivery time, you must inform us in time and before sending the product by email to info@akrivos-store.gr or by phone at 2410-536265 store hours.
The charge for both of the above commitments is at (+ 2.50 €)

** The commitment for delivery times has to do with the opening hours of each Courier store separately.

AVAILABILITY - ORDER DELIVERY TIME
By Availability we mean the time that will elapse between the sending of your order until the time when your order will be received.
We will contact you immediately if any items from your order are not available.
There are some cases where the stock may have been depleted. Also, there are new products that have been announced by the manufacturer, have been ordered by us and are expected.
All orders placed on weekdays and until 13:30 are sent the same day. Orders placed from Friday noon to Sunday night are executed from Monday morning. The delivery time of your order is from 1-5 working days depending on the delivery area.
LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Our company has absolutely no responsibility for possible damages that may occur to customers from the non-execution of an order. In addition, our online store has reservations about the delivery time of orders in cases of force majeure or when the goods of the order are not available from the respective supplier. In these cases, our online store takes care of your information.
PACKAGES THAT WERE NOT DELIVERED
Sometimes parcels are returned to us because for various reasons they were not delivered. When a parcel that has already been paid is returned to us, we credit the customer's account (along with shipping costs).
The customer will be informed about the return of the parcel in order to let us know if he wishes to send it again. Possible reasons why a parcel may not be delivered are the following:
